A project named Atmos Breathe by CK Infini transforms a once-barren expanse near Hyderabad—scarred by years of neglect, drought, and flooding—into a landscape where a community begins to breathe anew.
The site is a 45 acres farm land community project at Pulimamidi village is a remote, drought- and flood-prone area bordered by forests, farmlands, and a lake that frequently floods the land during rainy seasons. Despite its agricultural designation, challenging weather has left the land largely barren, but its natural surroundings support the idea of an agriculture-based community.
The idea of a agriculture-based settlement where land, livelihood, and home could be one continuous fabric. Atmos Breathe doesn’t flatten the site’s memory; it restores it. A manmade swale was cut through the land—not as decoration but as lifeline— safeguarding against floods and feeding the landscape. Over time it welcomed life folding biodiversity back into daily life. Fields once cracked under the sun now turn fertile through organic farming and permaculture, local farmers are continuously employed to tend, teach, and steward the soil. Families who fell in love with the place became stakeholders, acquiring plots and caring for what they inhabit. Atmos Breathe is not a grid of parcels but a living commons. Communal spaces invite shared meals, socializing, and outdoor recreation, while the rhythms of farm work and evening breezes anchor a quieter, healthier pace. It offers modern convenience bound to nature, a unique living experience for 400+ families, and a range of housing options that meet different lifestyles and budgets—without compromising ecological intent. Built with local contractors and vendors, the project circulates dignity and livelihood back into the region. What stands today is an enhancing, close-knit community: a place to reconnect with nature, enjoy fresh organic produce, adopt healthier lifestyles, and practice sustainable living not as ideology but as everyday life.
